 The most basic tier of service we offer is the management of a company's QuickBooks file.  This includes:

• accurate categorization of business transactions
• month-end journal entries and account reconciliations
• preparation of accurate, monthly financial statements
• budgeting and forecasting reports

This basic tier of service ensures our client's QuickBooks files stay clean and up to date and prepares the company for seamless tax return filings and financial statement preparation come tax and reporting time.  It also provides company stakeholders the chance to review monthly financial statements and identify any positive or negative trends.  

Additional services beyond this most basic tier can be wide ranging.  The specific scope(s) of work will determine the final price that will balance needs with financial considerations.  Some of the additional services we currently offer include:

• implementation of inventory processes and related monthly JEs
• standard cost analyses and related monthly JEs for COGs and COLs
• grant accounting by class in QBO to have clear trails of money being drawn down and clear allocations for funds
• working with auditors and assisting with audits for fiscal year drawdowns exceeding $750,000
• accounts payable management (paying bills)
• accounts receivable management (invoicing customers/receiving payments)
• Cashflow analysis and runway projections
• R&D tax credit applications and associated write-up
• Annual tax strategy, preparation and filing
• ordering/procurement management
